How to buy a Product
After selecting the products you wish to buy, choose colour and size and add it to your Shopping Bag. From this moment the product is available in your shopping bag.
Once you are in the shopping bag area you can choose the shipping and payment type. After that you have to select the delivery address. If you are already logged in your delivery address will be filled automatically.
You can buy no more than 10 pieces per order.
What’s a Discount Coupon?
A discount coupon it’s a promotional code that gives you the opportunity to get an exclusive discount on the products available on Scorpion Bay – Online Store. You just have to type the corresponding code in the space ‘Coupon Discount’ and you will receive automatically the corresponding discount in your shopping bag.
If you make a registration you will have more possibility to get a promotional code.
Confirmation of the buying process
Once you receive the confirmation of the process your order process is concluded: then you will receive another email with the information about the tracking number of your shipment so you can check your order delivery day by day.
How to check the status of your order?
You can check the status of your order by entering the area Help>Status order and filling the blank space with your order number. You will receive automatically all the information about your order.
