Deliveries to post office boxes and poste restante are not allowed.
How to check the situation of my delivery?
You can check the status of your order by entering the area Help>Status order and filling the blank space with your order number. You will receive automatically all the information about your order.
What is the tracking number?
The tracking number is the number referred to your shipment. You can find this number in the confirmation email that you will receive once the shipment is arranged; then you can check the situation of your delivery on the website of DHL

What happens if there’s nobody at the moment of the delivery
DHL makes deliveries from Monday to Friday at working time and cannot fix appointments. The carrier will try to deliver your package for 3 consecutive working days, leaving each time a notification, on which you’ll find the telephone number to contact DHL.
After the 3rd attempts, DHL will send your package back.
We suggest you to indicate in the delivery address space a place where it will be easy to reach you, maybe also in your working place, specifying name/company/office and if necessary other information.
