It is possible to ship an order back to Scorpion Bay – Online Store within 10 working days from the date you receive your order.

The following conditions are strictly necessari for the acceptance of the back-shipment:

- The products must not be washed or adulterated in any way.
- The products must be in the same conditions in which are shipped and with all original hangtags and labels attached: the order must be shipped in its original box or an equivalent one;
The back shipped products must be sent within 10 working days from the date you receive the order, using the DHL back shipment label. The back shipment is free of charge.
If all the above conditions are respected Scorpion Bay Online Stores will refund the full price of the back shipped products.

No, it’s not possible to change the back shipped product with another one. If you wish you can send back the product and make another order.

The back shipment is free of charge. You have to use the printed DHL label you find inside the box of your order and then contact DHL to organize the back shipment.
